This issue was first published in May 2023. We say goodbye to the thirteenth Doctor with reflections on The Power of the Doctor and the Chris Chibnall-Jodie Whittaker era in general, look forward to the future, go to conventions and review recent media. We also say goodbye to editor James Ashworth as he regenerates in two directions – James graduating to the editorship of the Doctor Who Appreciation Society’s Celestial Toyroom, while the editor of Tides takes on the form of Hannah Radley.
