The dream of spaceflight
Left to gather dust, until
A new threat emerged.

The circuit’s burnt out.
Fallible technology
Is our last resort.

Inflating bubbles
In teleport cubicles
Signal destruction.

Through gathering foam
Of an icy hemisphere
Green soldiers lumber.

Call me a coward
But a single video
Could save my planet.

I never use guns
Unless they’re solar powered
In which case it’s fine.
